Submerged in oxygen-deprived wetlands and protected from decay by the Earth’s embrace, this rare material has absorbed minerals and time itself — emerging darkened, dense, and breathtakingly rich in texture.

A celebration of elemental strength and timeless sophistication, the Dot is a monumental dining table, handcrafted from black bog oak. Its commanding 3-meter surface tells the story of ancient forests preserved in silence beneath the earth — now reborn as a functional sculpture.

Each tapered leg is grounded by a solid brass foot, adding a sense of composure and gravitas. The bold geometry of the silhouette is softened by a single brass inlay on the tabletop — a discreet signature that draws the eye. At its center lies a small red accent — a poetic “dot” — unexpected and deeply intentional, like a brooch on a tailored garment.
